December 26, 2002I think you`ll be ok. I know it`s different but I had a 95 wrangler with a 4 inch and 33s and I had no problems with the driveshaft.
December 26, 2002you might wanna get the tranny/t-case lowering kit to keep the angles down, too much angle and you`ll have horrible vibrations at highway speeds.dont worry this is`nt just a jeep thing every short wheelbase vehicle has this problem.
December 27, 2002Misfit`s right. The trailmaster kit I had came with the t-case lowering kit. I assumed most others did too, but yeah you should check into it to be on the safe side.
December 28, 2002It`ll come equipped with a transfer case skid plate lowering kit to reduce vibrations...Check your other post in the Gen. Tech forum to see what I had to say about that lift you`re looking into. Any kit you buy will have that lowering kit in it. But in the future when you get some more time/cash, I`d look into a 1 inch body lift in combination with a 1 inch motor mount lift. This will reduce driveline angle and allow you to put the skid plate back up and all is well...Now that`s the less expensive easier way. The other option is to buy a transfer case slip yoke eliminator kit, it shortens you`re output shaft and utilizes a CV driveshaft, and also allows you to raise the skid plate back up and gets rid of vibes.
