If i posted my mileage in kpg most people would have been confused. I used a conversion chart off of a webpage to figure it out. The speed i drive is in kph here in Canada. MPH is on our speedo but it is a habit to not use it. Speed limit up here is from 90-110kph.
As for my paperwork, that would take some time to find, Iam not punking out with the usual "i can`t find my slips but truck has 600hp" or" my truck has 44" boggers with only a 3" body lift but I got no pics". If people won`t believe that I can get 234horse out of a 3.0lt V6 then any paperwork I provide will be called fake because they have already shown themselves to be wrong and are too stubborn to admit they were. I have seen that type so many times. I have contributed positively and if my claims will not be taken at face value (234 horsepower is not even close to a unrealistic hp-to-mod ratio) then I don`t see myself continuing to contribute on this forum.
That said I will still address your question:
The easiest performance mods are intake/filter, big bore throttle body or clean your(likely, sludged up)stock one, exhaust and header (they are a pain to install). These will net you the best increases but a sbc swap (if you can do the labour yourself) is well worth it. The cost ratio is much better.
If you would like part numbers for some parts I will try and find receipts while I look around for my slips. I even have 1/4 mile slips for my truck. They are definately nothing worth mentioning. The 1/4 mile track in my hometown has unlimited passes on Friday Nights for $20 for the public. Just for fun we ran my Toy and my buddies granny geared, 87 sas F150. It was a good laugh.
